Rachel earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work from George Mason University. She has worked in diverse settings and has spent the last several years of her career in hospice. Rachel possesses a profound understanding of how vital it is for people to feel seen and heard no matter what they are facing.
Rachel believes in tailoring her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of her client at that moment. Her toolkit includes versatile methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
As a supervisee in Clinical Social Work, Rachel believes in creating a warm and nurturing environment where people can be authentically themselves. She will tell you to grant yourself some grace and is eager to walk alongside as you discover the person you were designed to be.
